HDB Painting Questions
How soon can you start?
It depends on our schedule that month. WhatsApp us your preferred dates and we will confirm the earliest slot.
Do I need a sealer?
Only if your walls are chalky or powdery, which is common in older flats. We will tell you at the viewing; it is an optional add-on shown in the price list.
Can I buy my own paint?
No. Our packages include paint so the right amount arrives on the day and the job is not delayed.
Can I use a paint brand other than Nippon Paint?
Yes, you can choose your preferred paint brand. Please note that the prices above are for Nippon Paint, so the price may differ for other brands.
Do you cover drilled holes?
Yes. Let us know how many there are and where, and we will fill them as part of preparation.
Can I upgrade to anti-mould ceiling paint?
Yes. Nippon Odour-less Anti-Mould Ceiling White is available at extra cost. It comes in white only.
Can you paint while we’re living in the flat?
Yes. You can carry on with your day at home while we work in other areas. You don’t need to be home while we paint, but it helps to have someone let us in each morning and take over from us in the evening.
Is there a warranty or touch-up period?
We give a 1-year warranty when a sealer is applied before painting. For touch-ups, contact us within 7 days of the completion date.
How do I pay? Is there a deposit?
You pay after the work is done, by cash, bank transfer or PayNow. No deposit is needed for HDB painting.
