- Includes interior ceiling, living room and kitchen.
- Ceiling paint will be using Nippon Matex. Additional cost for using other type of paint.

4) Commencing Day
Shift and protect furniture and floor
5) Reinstating
Reinstating of furniture after painting
6) Handing Over
Contractor will hand over to owner the completed painting work.
