We provide painting services for new BTO flats, resale flats and existing HDB homes. Our painters handle wall and ceiling painting, surface preparation, minor patching and repainting based on the condition of the flat. Our painters follow HDB renovation guidelines, work with low-VOC, non-toxic paints, and adhere to industry safety standards.
HDB Painting Services for BTO and Resale Flats
We provide HDB painting services for new BTO flats, resale flats and existing HDB homes in Singapore. Painting works can cover the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, ceilings, hallways and service yard based on the agreed scope of work.
Our HDB painting packages include paint, labour, wall preparation, minor patching, furniture protection and cleaning after completion.

HDB painting prices depend on the flat type, number of colours, paint type and whether sealer is required.

The HDB painting prices above are based on Nippon Paint for interior walls and ceilings. You can choose Nippon Vinilex 5000 or Nippon Odour-less All in One for the walls, with Nippon Matex for the ceiling.
Our HDB painting package includes labour, paint, painting tools, furniture protection, surface preparation, minor wall patching and cleaning after completion.
- Painting works cover the ceilings, living room, bedrooms, kitchen, hallways and service yard.
- Ceilings are painted using Nippon Matex, with options to upgrade to Nippon Odour-less Anti-Mould Ceiling White.
- At least two coats of paint are applied to the walls.
- The above rates are based on Nippon's "Standard" and "Premium" for the walls, and Nippon Matex for the ceiling.
- Please note: darker color selections may incur additional charges due to higher pigment density and coverage requirements.

- “Standard” Paint: Nippon Vinilex 5000.
- “Premium” Paint: Nippon Odour-less All in One.

Preparation and Cleaning Included in HDB Painting
Our HDB painting packages include wall surface preparation, dust and spider web removal, sanding, minor patching, furniture protection, furniture shifting and cleaning after completion.
- Minor Wall Patching: Filling hairline cracks, patching small holes and touching up uneven plaster surfaces before painting.
- Cleaning After Painting: Our painters clean the work areas and remove paint debris after the painting work is completed
- Furniture Protection: We shift and cover the furniture before painting and place it back after the work is completed.
Safety During HDB Painting Works
Our painters follow the required safety practices when carrying out painting works inside HDB flats. Where selected, low-VOC and low-odour paint options can also be used for interior walls and ceilings.
Our HDB Painting Process
Our HDB painting process covers site inspection, preparation, painting and final inspection:
- Consultation: Understand your requirements, assess the site, and recommend the best solutions.
- Preparation: Cover furniture, fix wall imperfections, and ensure a clean canvas for painting.
- Application Phase: We apply paint with professional precision, achieving uniform coverage, clean lines, and a seamless finish.
- Review: Walkthrough with the client to ensure everything is up to their expectations.
1) Site Inspection
Schedule a site visit so that we can inspect the condition of the walls and ceilings before painting.
2) Set Painting Date
Choose a painting date that is suitable for both the homeowner and our painters.
3) Choose Paint Colour
Choose the paint type and colours for your HDB flat.
4) Commencing Day
Our painters bring the paint and painting tools, shift and cover the furniture, protect the flooring and prepare the walls before painting starts. Drying time is usually 2 to 4 hours depending on the paint type and site conditions.
5) Reinstating
Place the furniture back in its original position after painting is completed.
6) Handing Over
Our team will inspect the completed painting work with the homeowner and carry out the required touch-ups before handover.
Nippon Paint Options for HDB Painting
From 1st January 2026, interior paints sold in Singapore must contain less than 0.01% formaldehyde by weight under NEA requirements. When choosing paint for HDB interiors, homeowners can also consider the paint type, finish, washability and low-odour options based on their requirements.

Shipon and his guys arrived promptly and worked OT to finish the paintworks within the day. They were respectful and took care to clean up the floor too. I had some concern when noticing some paint on the skirting boards and they took time to clean up as much as possible, Shipon also came back the next day for quick touch up. Given my concern about the skirting board issue, they were open to dialogue and agreed a small discount for the job. Thanks to the team for their hard work!
