This is based on a 2-person painting and 2 coats of paint on the wall and ceiling. The paint will take about 2 to 4 hours to dry before applying the second coat. To quicken the process, turn on the fan and open the windows to allow for air circulation.

1) Oil sealer: An additional day is needed if you are using oil sealer to paint the entire 4-room HDB.

2) Spalling Concrete: the falling apart and breakdown of concrete wall or ceiling surfaces, where lumps or peeling of concrete break off, often reveal the steel reinforcement beneath. If the area is small, you can repair it. If the spalling concrete is big, engage a contractor or us to repair.

3) Spalling paint or peeling paint or flaking paint: It means the separation of paint from a surface, often due to unrevealed issues like moisture, poor adhesion, temperature fluctuations, improper surface preparation, poor quality paint, expired paint, surface contamination, movement of substrate, or structural problems.
